No, Botox injections aren’t painful. The only discomfort you should feel during the treatment is when your provider injects the Botox into your muscles. This can be a little uncomfortable, but it’s not painful. Your provider may also use a local anesthetic or numbing cream to numb your skin before injecting the Botox.
